good job
The best advice I can give is to not try to blend it like oils! There's people that use it that way but I know I never could. I do a lot of layering and texturing to build colors up and blend them that way, rather than smearing wet paint around. I also dab with the paint brush instead of like, actually doing brush strokes. Painting like that fucking demolishes brushes though so I advise you get the cheapest ones possible haha.
The professor that gave me an acrylic demo actually painted with super watered down acrylic, treating it more like watercolor. There are SO MANY different ways to use acrylic, so I suggest that you experiment with different techniques! But for me, since acrylic dries SO FAST, it makes sense to me to utilize that drying time the way I paint by using lots of layering
IIT'S HARD FOR ME TO EXPLAIN HAHA. But I hope that is at least somewhat helpful!
The few acrylic paintings I have aren't exactly finished because usually I get way too frustrated and start over on another subject in another medium.
But thank you again for the advice
eye contact is terrifying
ps. delicious colors
