This was the first painting I did this semester and many more followed, so I'm not super duper happy with it anymore. But I'll post it anyway!

This is one of two pieces for my first project of the semester. It was a lighting assignment where we also had to illustrate something about ourselves. I chose that I liked dandelions a lot.

Acrylic paint on 11x14 canvas board.

This is one of my favourites from the stuff that you've shared on tumblr! :D

I was very glad when I saw you experimenting with new techniques and tools! I think it's important to push our comfort zones as far as possible and be open for new and old stuff as well. And it's amazing that in so short time you've managed to get you painting skills to such a high level and make it so unique! Congrats to you! c:

What I especially love about this is the colored lineart! It's beautiful and blends so well! The color choices are awesome too, they work together very well.

Hope to see more paintings from you in the future too! :hug:

Ahh I am glad that you like it! AND YES I agree. I have been trying to push out of my comfort zone with year with various things, but it is a slow process. C___C Gonna try even harder next semester.
